2021-2022 School Year AEA Student Full Time In-person Survey
Dear AEA Families:
As we approach the start of the 2021-2022 school year, we are seeking feedback through the following survey to help determine how many families wish to return to full time in-person attendance. AEA will begin the 2021-2022 school year in Phase IV of the AEA Teaching and Learning Plan which means there will be an opportunity for all students to return to full time in-person learning.
If your family has more than one AEA student, PLEASE FILL OUT ONE FORM PER STUDENT.
