Birthday Cutoff Extended for Enrollment in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) at AEA
Dear Families,
We have great news to share! AEA has extended the birthday cutoff for Transitional Kindergarten (TK), giving more children the opportunity to join our learning community. If your child turns five between September 1, 2025, and January 31, 2026, they are now eligible to apply.
Space is limited, and we predict we will receive more applications than available enrollment seats. In this case, a lottery will determine enrollment offers and a waitlist. Families who have submitted an application will receive additional details regarding the lottery.
Applications may be submitted now through our SchoolMint enrollment system. Please carefully read the following instructions to submit an application:
Login to your SchoolMint account here: https://aea.schoolmint.net/signin
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password? link to reset it.
If your TK-eligible student is already on your Student Dashboard, click on Add New Student Application. Answer all of the questions to complete your TK application.
If your TK-eligible student isn’t on your Student Dashboard, click on Add New Student first. Add all necessary information about your student, then click on Add New Student Application. Answer all of the questions to complete your TK application.

¡Tenemos excelentes noticias para compartir! AEA ha ampliado la fecha límite de cumpleaños para Kindergarten Transicional (TK), brindando a más niños la oportunidad de unirse a nuestra comunidad de aprendizaje. Si su hijo cumple cinco años entre el 1 de septiembre de 2025 y el 31 de enero de 2026, ahora es elegible para postularse.
El espacio es limitado y prevemos que recibiremos más solicitudes que cupos disponibles. En este caso, se llevará a cabo una lotería para determinar las ofertas de inscripción y la lista de espera. Las familias que hayan presentado una solicitud recibirán detalles adicionales sobre la lotería.

Si su estudiante elegible para TK no está en su Panel de Estudiantes, haga clic primero en “Agregar Nuevo Estudiante“. Ingrese toda la información necesaria sobre su estudiante y luego haga clic en “Agregar Nueva Solicitud de Estudiante“. Responda todas las preguntas para completar su solicitud de TK.
