Dear AEA Families:
Yesterday afternoon (October 23, 2023) a serious incident occurred on the AEACMS campus involving credible threats of bodily harm between two students. We treat all such incidents with the utmost seriousness and urgency and have initiated an investigation.
In keeping with our commitment to the safety and well-being of all students, we are implementing the AEA board-approved discipline policy applicable to this situation.
Our primary concern remains the well-being of the affected individual. We are providing support to the student and their family to ensure they receive the necessary attention and assistance.
While we understand concerns and questions may arise from our community, please note that we will not provide specific details in order to maintain the integrity of the investigation.
We value the trust our community places in our schools, and will continue to keep you informed as appropriate.

Ayer por la tarde (23 de octubre de 2023), ocurrió un incidente grave en el campus de AEACMS que involucró amenazas creíbles de daño físico entre dos estudiantes. Tratamos todos los incidentes de este tipo con la máxima seriedad y urgencia y hemos iniciado una investigación.
En cumplimiento de nuestro compromiso con la seguridad y el bienestar de todos los estudiantes, estamos aplicando la política de disciplina aprobada por la junta de AEA que es aplicable a esta situación.
