TONIGHT: IB Showcase (Spring Open House) March 5th at AEA Charter Middle School

Good afternoon AEA Families,

The staff at AEA invites you to our IB Showcase Night on March 5th! This is a wonderful opportunity to see the amazing work our students have been doing, including assignments and projects they have completed this year.

Please note a slight change in this year’s format:

• 5:00–6:00 PM – Reserved for new prospective AEA families

• 6:00–7:00 PM – Open to current AEA families (6th-8th grade)

Location: Albert Einstein Academy Charter Middle School
458 26th St, San Diego, CA 92102

Parking is available behind the future high school location at 458 26th Street, with additional street parking available. Please keep in mind that this event is not for parent conferences, which are scheduled for March 19th–21st. To schedule a conference, please reach out to your respective grade-level teams before the end of March and watch for additional communication from tour grade-level leads.

El personal de AEA los invita a nuestra Exhibición IB el 5 de marzo. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para ver el increíble trabajo que han realizado nuestros estudiantes, incluyendo tareas y proyectos completados este año.

Por favor, tenga en cuenta un pequeño cambio en el formato de este año:

• 5:00–6:00 PM – Reservado para nuevas familias interesadas en AEA
• 6:00–7:00 PM – Abierto para familias actuales de AEA (grados 6º-8º)

El estacionamiento está disponible detrás de la futura ubicación de la escuela secundaria en 458 26th Street, con estacionamiento adicional en la calle. Tenga en cuenta que este evento no es para conferencias de padres y maestros, las cuales están programadas para los días 19 al 21 de marzo. Para programar una conferencia, comuníquese con el equipo de nivel de grado correspondiente antes de que finalice marzo y esté atento a la comunicación adicional de los líderes de nivel de grado.
